Ashley Davis is a committed leader in international education, with over 15 years of experience across three types of U.S. higher education institutions. She serves as the Director of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) at 91茄子, where she is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. Her educational background includes a Master’s in Adult and Organizational Learning from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Tianjin Foreign Studies University in China. She has also completed the NAFSA’s yearlong Executive Internationalization Leadership E-institute and is a NAFSA Academy alumna.
In her current role, Ashley oversees ISSS operations, serving as both the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO). Her key responsibilities include regulatory compliance, developing global engagement programs, and supporting int’l student and scholar success. Ashley has provided numerous presentations on topics such as visa regulations, cultural intelligence, and holistic support for int’l students at conferences. Her published work including poetry, essay, and a peer reviewed article on immigrant leadership.
In her leisure time, Ashley enjoys raising her daughter and reading books on various topics.

Amy is a Colorado native, but earned her bachelor in Business Management from Seattle Pacific University. After a few years in California and New York with her military husband, she has since lived in Spokane for over 30 years. She is proud to be working for 91茄子 because of its excellent reputation, community impact, and holistically building into the students, faculty and staff at the university.
As both a volunteer and employee, Amy has continually been an educator and mentor to children, teens and international students. Before her role in 91茄子's International Student and Scholar Services, she worked at the Community Colleges of Spokane in the Global Education Department for eight years. Amy’s top strengths include management, administration, and community building.
Amy especially cares about building strong community and is committed to achieving this for her family, her faith community and for those with whom she works. She enjoys traveling with her husband – recent trips include Spain, where she walked The Camino, Hawaii, Ireland and Germany. She has raised four daughters, all of whom are married, and has two grandsons. Whether it’s travelling to see her daughters, joining her family for vacation or camping locally with them, these moments are always highlights. Recently, Amy has renewed her love of making sourdough bread and found a new activity in long distance walking.

Delaney holds Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and French, and Master’s degrees in Hispanic Linguistics and TESOL. She studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain. Before coming to 91茄子, Delaney was a case manager at World Relief Spokane, where she helped refugees and immigrants find jobs and become financially self-sufficient. She has many years of experience working with refugees and immigrants and loves learning about different cultures.
Delaney speaks Spanish, French, and some Italian. She also teaches Spanish and French at Spokane Community College. She loves getting to meet people from around the world and learn from them. In every situation, she views herself as a student and a teacher.
In her free time, Delaney enjoys going for walks, spending time with family, volunteering, and traveling.
