How do I decline or defer admission?

You can decline your offer of admission by choosing that option when prompted on your acceptance letter in your admission portal. You can also decline or defer admission by reaching out to admissions@gonzaga.edu so that we can make that change on our end.

How do I connect with other accepted students?

One of the best ways to connect with other accepted students is by joining us on . This app provides you with access to exclusive chats where you can chat with other prospective students, use the Friend Finder Tool, join live virtual social events, and more!

Can I live off campus?

You will live on campus for your first two years here at GU. Starting in your junior year, you can start living off campus, and there are a lot of great housing options to choose from such as those in the Logan neighborhood, most of which are a ten-minute walk from campus. If you have family in Spokane, you are also able to live off-campus with them. For more information, please review our Residency Requirement.

When is move-in for Fall 2026?

Move-In for Fall 2026 is August 28th.

When do classes start?

Classes begin September 1st, 2026.

How do I schedule a meeting with my financial aid counselor?

You can schedule an or a with a financial aid counselor by scheduling appointments online. For more information about times and availability, please see our Financial Aid Website.

How will I find out about financial aid?

You will receive two communications about financial aid: your initial scholarship offer and your full financial package. These updates to your financial aid status will be communicated via emails prompting you to log into ZagWeb to see your new status.
