Marjan Milani is an accomplished healthcare leader committed to shaping the future of leadership and empowering the next generation of visionary professionals. As Executive Director of Quality for the Providence hospitals in Eastern Washington and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she brings extensive experience in driving organizational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Marjan believes leadership is not defined by a title—it’s defined by the courage to inspire change, empower teams, and create lasting impact for patients and communities. She champions the belief that an organization’s most valuable asset is its people, and that great leadership unlocks their potential to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Marjan holds a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Washington State University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Purdue University. A lifelong learner and mentor, Marjan is passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
